What if I don’t like the results ?

At we maintain high standards for our artist, they follow your requirements strictly, inevitably an artist work may not jive with your expectations. Artists at are highly talented, can paint anything as per your wish. Usually it’s just a matter of the artist knowing what you want in your head. Since they can’t read minds, we instead we made it a requirement for all artists on our platform to include revisions. We ship the paintings only after you approve it, to make sure you’re satisfied. Finally, if you are still not satisfied with the result due to some valid reason, you can claim our 100% money back policy to get complete refund.

What is your return / refund policy?

We believe in our artists to deliver a masterpiece which you would love and leave no space for dissatisfaction, but even if you don’t like the painting due to any reason, we will accept returns within 14 days after delivery and give you a full refund. Just drop us a mail and we will reply within 24 hours.

Return Procedure:

Return request is placed by the customer through E-Mail with the attached photo of the faulty product.

Artwish sends a confirmation within 24 hours of return placement.

If the customer wants a replacement, we will happily replace the painting with a new one and arrange a pickup for the faulty product ourselves.

If the customer wishes to get only a refund, we will make sure that the amount is reflected in the customer’s PayPal / Bank Account within 5 days.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. The product should be returned in its original condition.
  2. Customer must not tamper with any element of painting because it may fail to be eligible for returns after the quality check is done.
  3. No refrain should be filed against the bank through which the payment was done as it would take away your right to avail your refund.
  4. Returns are accepted only if the request is raised within 14 days of delivery.
  5. If a customer raises more than 2 return requests in a span of 365 days his 3rd return is automatically cancelled and ineligible on the grounds of fake requests.
  6. Gift cards do not qualify for returns.

Additional Policies:

  1. Artwish holds the sole discretion for approving or disapproving returns.
  2. In the case of returns or replacements, the customer is liable to return the faulty painting.
  3. In all the cases of returns and replacements, Artwish will run a quality check and refund or replace after the check is successful.

Where are your artists located?

Our artists are based out of the USA, Canada, India, China, and Indonesia.  Artwish is a platform where we have tie-ups with studios and independent artist, so we do not employ any artists in any specific locations.

How many days does it take to deliver a painting?

For standard Shipping, it would take around 21-27 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

We are currently offering free shipping promotion “World wide “ for Economy saver shipping method.

How does Artwish works

Select an art medium type from art wish, upload your photo and add instructions, and submit your order. Then our artist will create and we will ship it you.

The charcoal medium have fastest turnaround time compared to oil and other medium.

Yes, We ship to every country, and we don’t charge any additional cost if you are opting for normal shipping.
